Can I customize my order?
Absolutely!! I love helping customers get exactly what they want for their events! Simply contact me, and we’ll go from there!
How long does it take for orders to ship?
Orders take 1-3 business days to process and then delivery from the post office typically takes 2-5 days. Ordering at least 2 weeks before your event is the best way to ensure enough time for your party items to arrive in time.
Do you offer Express shipping?
Express 2-day shipping can be added for last minute orders. This is the only shipping method the post office guarantees.
What if my items are damaged during shipping?
I do everything I can to ensure all items are carefully packed for protection during shipping, however, sometimes mail is damaged during transport. If your package is damaged enough that inside items have been damaged, please send me a photo of the package so I’m able to see it. Please contact me and send me the photo(s) within a day of delivery. Anything 24 hours after the tracked delivery time, no refunds will be given.
Can I cancel the order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Can I return my order?
Orders can be returned as long as they are not customized or personalized and are unopened.
What if my package says delivered but I did not receive it?
Please contact your local post office for help with this. If your package shows delivered, no refunds will be given.
